As a registered ptgaming Player, you hold the right to access, correct, erase, object to, and port your personal data. All requests are processed within the timelines mandated by Philippine law.
ptgaming does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes, under any circumstances.
All data transmitted between your device and the ptgaming platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
As a PAGCOR-authorized operator, ptgaming is legally required to collect KYC data and retain certain transaction records under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended). These obligations cannot be waived by individual consent.
ptgaming's primary data processing operations are governed by Philippine law. Any cross-border transfer of personal data is conducted under the safeguards required by the NPC's rules on international data transfers.

ptgaming, operating at ptgaming.club, is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all Personal Data collected from Players and site visitors. As PIC, ptgaming is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data and for ensuring compliance with RA 10173 and all implementing regulations issued by the NPC.

3.1 Registration Data. When you create a ptgaming account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; Philippine mobile number; email address (if provided); username; and encrypted password.
3.2 KYC and Verification Data. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and RA 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), we collect: government-issued Philippine ID number and ID type; selfie or verification photograph; proof of address (where required); and tax identification number (where applicable for reporting thresholds).
3.3 Financial and Transaction Data. We collect details of all deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and wagers on the Platform, including payment method identifiers (GCash MSISDN, Maya account ID, bank account details where applicable), transaction amounts, timestamps, and reference numbers. This data is retained for AML compliance purposes.
3.4 Gaming Activity Data. We maintain records of your game sessions, wager histories, win/loss records, and responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, self-exclusion status, etc.).
3.5 Technical and Device Data. We collect IP address, device type and operating system, browser type, session tokens, login timestamps, and geolocation data (city/region level) to maintain session security and detect unauthorized access.
3.6 Communications Data. Records of your interactions with ptgaming's customer support team, including chat transcripts, email correspondence, and support ticket content, are retained for service quality and dispute resolution purposes.

7.1 ptgaming does not sell your Personal Data. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
7.2 Authorized Third-Party Processors. ptgaming shares Personal Data with third-party service providers acting as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) solely for the purpose of providing services to the Platform, including: payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet); game content providers; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; and customer support tooling providers. All PIPs are contractually bound to process Personal Data only on ptgaming's documented instructions and to maintain security standards consistent with RA 10173.
7.3 Regulatory Disclosure. ptgaming will disclose Personal Data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction — without prior notice to the affected Player where legally required.
7.4 No Other Disclosure. Beyond the categories above, ptgaming will not disclose your Personal Data to any other party without your explicit prior consent, except where required by law.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
ptgaming implements the following technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
ptgaming uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state (keeping you logged in during your session), remember your language and display preferences, and collect anonymized usage analytics to improve Platform performance.
ptgaming does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral profiling cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual Players in analytical reports.
You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies; however, blocking session cookies will prevent you from logging in to your ptgaming account. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on your ability to use the Platform.
As a Data Subject under Philippine law, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data held by ptgaming:
You may request a copy of the Personal Data ptgaming holds about you, the purposes for which it is being processed, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.
You may request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Personal Data in your ptgaming account. Identity-linked data corrections require re-verification of the relevant identification document.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This right is subject to ptgaming's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AMLA rules, which take precedence.
You may object to processing of your Personal Data based on legitimate interests, including profiling for direct marketing purposes. Objection to processing required for legal compliance or contractual performance cannot be honored.
You may request a copy of Personal Data you have provided to ptgaming in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
If you believe ptgaming has violated your data privacy rights, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at the NPC's official address. ptgaming will cooperate fully with any NPC investigation.

The ptgaming platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. ptgaming does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age is verified through mandatory KYC procedures during registration.
If ptgaming becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the data will be retained only for the period necessary to satisfy PAGCOR and AMLA reporting obligations, and thereafter deleted. Any funds held in such an account are subject to forfeiture pending regulatory review.
In the course of providing its services, ptgaming may transfer your Personal Data to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, international game content providers or cloud infrastructure services with regional data centers in Southeast Asia.
All cross-border transfers of Personal Data are conducted in accordance with NPC-prescribed safeguards, including: ensuring the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection; executing data processing agreements with receiving parties; or, where required, obtaining your prior informed consent to the specific transfer.
ptgaming does not transfer Personal Data to jurisdictions that the NPC has identified as providing inadequate data protection without implementing appropriate supplementary safeguards.
ptgaming may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Philippine legal requirements, or NPC guidance. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the ptgaming platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
