This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ptgaming platform, operated under PAGCOR authorization. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of a jurisdiction where Philippine-licensed online gaming is permitted to create a ptgaming account.
Each person may hold only one registered ptgaming account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All games use PAGCOR-audited RNG systems. Any attempt to exploit system errors, use unauthorized software, or collude with other players results in immediate account suspension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

By accessing the ptgaming platform, creating an account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with ptgaming's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ptgaming platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ptgaming with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any Wager on ptgaming. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ptgaming enforces this requirement through identity verification during the registration process. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds held in that account will be subject to forfeiture and regulatory reporting.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. ptgaming's services are intended for individuals located in jurisdictions where accessing PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platforms is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of ptgaming is legal in your jurisdiction. ptgaming makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each Player may register only one (1) ptgaming account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited. ptgaming reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any Wagers or winnings arising from such accounts.
3.4 KYC Verification. All Players must complete ptgaming's KYC verification process, which requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and a selfie or verification photograph. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have deposit and withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalized. ptgaming reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
3.5 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
4.1 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ptgaming account login credentials, including your username and password. ptgaming will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the official login interface at ptgaming.club.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ptgaming immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ptgaming is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain credential security or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ptgaming offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA in account settings. ptgaming is not liable for unauthorized access losses on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated by the Player.
4.4 No Account Sharing. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your ptgaming account. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not conducted with your knowledge or authorization.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on ptgaming are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ptgaming does not accept foreign currency deposits. Amounts displayed throughout the Platform are in PHP.
5.2 Accepted Methods. ptgaming accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods and applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change with notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account wallet.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses; and (c) ptgaming's anti-money laundering review procedures. ptgaming reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified threshold amounts.
5.5 Own Account Policy. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your registered name. ptgaming will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.6 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business hours. These times are indicative and ptgaming does not guarantee processing within these periods in all circumstances.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ptgaming is governed by its specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics; these Terms prevail in all other respects.
6.2 RNG Integrity. All ptgaming casino games utilize independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified under PAGCOR oversight. Game outcomes are random and not influenced by ptgaming or any third party. Historical game outcomes do not affect future outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects game outcomes, ptgaming reserves the right to void affected rounds and return Wagers to Players' accounts. ptgaming's determination of a malfunction event is final.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. ptgaming is not responsible for losses arising from Player-side internet disconnections during gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing Wagers. Where a live dealer hand or round cannot be completed due to a verified platform-side outage, the Wager will be refunded.
6.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are subject to their respective event rules. ptgaming reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets where odds were published in error, or settle markets based on official competition results. In the event of match abandonment, void rules specific to each market apply as set out in the sports betting section of the Platform.
7.1 Promotional Terms. Bonuses and promotions offered by ptgaming are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms govern in all cases where promotion-specific terms do not address a particular matter.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Cash deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless a Player has explicitly opted into a deposit bonus offer.
7.3 Abuse Prevention. ptgaming reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus completion; or using automated tools to satisfy wagering requirements.
7.4 Modification. ptgaming may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to Players' accounts prior to the modification date.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ptgaming platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ptgaming platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of ptgaming or its licensed game providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without ptgaming's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ptgaming's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.2 ptgaming shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from Player-side internet failure, device malfunction, or third-party service interruptions; or (d) losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ptgaming's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12.1 By ptgaming. ptgaming may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time for: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; breach of applicable law; reasonable suspicion of money laundering; failure to complete KYC; or where continued operation would violate PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for cause, ptgaming may withhold Funds pending investigation and regulatory reporting obligations.
12.2 By the Player. Players may close their account at any time by contacting ptgaming support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification of identity and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment account.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. ptgaming will notify the registered Player via the mobile number on file before any dormancy-related action is taken. Applicable dormancy fees and procedures are disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
ptgaming reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
Your continued use of the ptgaming platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ptgaming, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through ptgaming's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not resolved through the foregoing processes.
